Looking east

The predominant trees pictured here are the so-called One-seed juniper with a mix of pinon pine and mountain juniper and a few ponderosa pine in the riparian areas. There are many gambel oak thickets, and plenty of cacti as well! Chez Oelsch is almost visible in the photo, top center. The landscape architecture offers virtually wide open viewsheds.
